About The Goehring Law Firm, PLLC
The Goehring Law Firm assists its client in all legal matters related to Texas Real Estate Law. Michael P. Goehring has gained his knowledge and experience through years of working all kinds of real estate matters including complex transactions and litigation. He has worked with and built relationships with many title companies in the Greater Houston Area, and has gained insights of the strict requirements title insurance underwriters require to insure real property.

Please Note: All initial consultations are conducted by phone. The initial consultation fee is charged at a reduced hourly rate of $100 for the first 30 minutes. After the first 30 minutes, additional time will be billed at Mr. Goehring's $350 hourly rate. We look forward to speaking with you!

Michael P. Goehring
Owner / Attorney at Law / CPA
Michael ("Mike") P. Goehring graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Houston in 2013 and a Master's degree in Accounting and Taxation in 2014. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 2015 and worked at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he assisted and advised large business clients regarding financial and tax compliance and optimization. He later took a position at a global oil and gas company where he specialized in tax planning / optimization and compliance for foreign affiliate companies located all over the world (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Singapore, Russia, etc.). He attended law school at night during this time and became a licensed Texas attorney in 2020. After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center, he became an attorney at a boutique law firm that specialized in Residential Real Estate Law. During his time there he gained a significant amount of experience by handling all types of real estate transactions and litigation. Michael P. Goehring has the experience to assist you with all your Texas Real Estate legal needs.
Alejandra Lopez
Office Manager / Senior Paralegal
Alejandra ("Alex") Lopez has spent the last several years learning the ins and outs of of the legal industry with a focus on real estate transactions and litigation including, but not limited to, evictions, foreclosures, lawsuits to partition real property, adverse possession lawsuits, and title curative lawsuits. Through her prior work experience, she has also become a master at preparing all types of legal documents to facilitate real estate transactions such as cash purchases, seller finance, assumptions, wraparounds, and affidavits of heirship. Alex adds a ton of value to the Firm with her "go-getter" attitude and by providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Alex is bilingual and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
